Like everyone else, I made a serious TP-DXing effort this morning,
hopeful
of some nice Asiatic signals (and with the additional motivation to
evict
some spiders and other pests from the dormant loops in the back
yard). The
nice Asiatic signals never seemed to show up, but healthy spiders
were out
in force.
Stations below were heard on the C.Crane SWP Slider (7.5" loopstick)
and
7.5' PVC tuned passive loop:
594 JOAK Best of the NHK signals this morning, with good audio
at 1303
666 JOBK Audio in and out around 1310
738 BEL2 (presumed) Threshold Chinese audio from the Asiatic
direction
927 China (presumed) Another station with ghostlike Chinese
audio in
and out
1053 Mix Equally weak stations drowning out each other at 1313
1134 JOQR Fair male-female Japanese audio around 1326
