Subject: [IRCA] What are the specs for ultralight radios?

Hi.  Please tell me what kinds of radios qualify as "ultralights?"  What about a 
GE Superradio, or a common car radio?  I live in an apartment complex, and thus 
have no room for antenna arrays.  So most of my loggings may qualify as dx from 
an ultralight.
