[IRCA] TA? 1566 and 783

Pretty nice audible carrier this evening on 1566 in Victoria, though with lots of Doppler smearing, best on the ALA100, fading down at 0540UT, pretty much right at Parakou sunrise.

A good Spectran trace remains on 783, with moments of "barely there" audible het.    Otherwise, a Spectran trace occasionally on 936, though that is really reaching...Agadir sunrise is 0550UT, and the trace had pretty much gone by then....dream on!
