[IRCA] TA on west coast; morning TPs also

Carrier heard on 1566.000 at 0420UT 1 July on Cortes Island, barely local sunset...

Also weak het on 1574.999, but that was the only other audible carrier.   Don't have any reasonable listing for this channel however,  so not sure what's going on there.

Both this and 1566 were quite smeared, so hard to get an exact frequency.  1575 disappeared sometime earlier, but 1566 held in again until just after Parkou's 0532's sunrise.

At dawn, the best audio was from 1475; maybe half a dozen other channels had unreadable audio, though 1116 faded up long enough for a "4BC" mention.   Quite a spread of locations, as 1566 and 1287 were heard from Asia, but weak audio presumably from down under was noted on 1701, 1611 and 1503 as well.  The low band was quite dead.
