FYI... Argentina operator LU1DOW is testing with a homemade tube transmitter, 700 W output on
135,800 Khz CW QRSS3 from Wednesday, June 23 (0200 a 0300 UT), without interruption for the next days expecting to receive some report. Text keyed is TEST LU1DOW.

now legal.
