[IRCA] Thursday DU reception

Exceptional DU conditions this morning, relatively speaking, at my 
far-inland location. Many hets between 1210-1225 utc, with a few producing 
poor audio. English audio and English pop music on 594, 657, 738, 774,891, 
1116.
Radio Rossii good 153, 180, 279 at 1105 utc.
The 1710 Seattle Russian station good also this morning, 1120 utc.
