[IRCA] 690 Mexico and ??

Though 690 is hammered by WELD-690 and a mixing product from CHML
(1590-900=690) I have some decent signals from Mexico
0200 EDT 690 UNID Sounded like "La Voz de La Fe en la Catedral",
repreated several times. Music program, doesn't sound too religipous.
Maybe "La Ley" from Mexico, though not with much power.
0230 EDT 690 "La 69", Mexico City. Full slogan is "La 69 Es
Noticias", with a news program repeated from yesterday.
