[IRCA] Re IRCA 72-28-6 / Sunset DX in June

Pacific northwest stations would be on day time power well past so-Cal sunset since sunset in OR,Wa, and BC is much later because the terminator runs up towards the east in the summer time rather than paralleling the coastline which it does in winter. Bill in BC
