Mike,

I wonder if it is some "trick", to beable to boost power? Just a guess,
but why change the city of license, unless they are looking for an
upgrade. Maybe they could not get over the 1 KW nights licensed to
Riverbank, but changing it gave them the 4.1 KW? They would love to have
50/50, if they could get it, I am sure.
