Listened from 1327-1346 utc.  Conditions here continue to be down.
HLAZ 1566 had the only good signal of the morning, even after
going into Chinese at 1345.  VOA 1575 not heard with audio, just
carrier.

153    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1330 weak with music, Russian talk.
279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1332 weak with man in Russian.
747    JAPAN, JOIB NHK2 1341 weak, covered with KXL splatter.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1327 fair with music. 
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1328 weak with music. Fair 1344.
1422   JAPAN, JORF 338 weak with Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1336 weak to good signal with woman 
               in Japanese.  Signal still good after 1345 (1347).
