[IRCA] WRVP 1310 Mt. Kisco NY Off

1310 NY Mt. Kisco  WRVP (formerly WVIP) noted off the air 3/25 1200 and continuing for a long period of time. I don't check this frequency often, but it is one of my most powerful AMs now missing in action. 5,000 watts directional daytime, 33 watts night. (Yes, I can hear the night signal at about 5 miles or so away.) Format: Christian in Spanish as 'Radio Vision de Christiana' parallel with 1330 WWRV NY New York. I wonder if anyone else has noticed that it's silent. Usually the 1310 station in Ottawa (CIWW) will appear when local WRVP is off. Another one bites the dust? - or are they just slow to repair it?
