[IRCA] TP for 24 Mar from Victoria, BC

Started listening a bit earlier this morning, 1225UT, and things were fairly
active for the 20 minutes that I was able to spend.  Not much more was heard at
1345, and in fact, some things had faded out.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

954 likely JOKR
1287 likely JOHR
1566 HLAZ





not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

189 R. Rossii //279; LWBC wasn't as good here as Dennis observed

639 CNR-1 //4460 at 1240UT, but previously was island mx in a DU direction,
assumed Fiji

945 CNR-1 //4460, plus a second station w/choral singing at 1241UT ?

1134 seemed JOQR as not //972 or 4460
1386 NHK2 //747, later on
1422 JORF likely w/JJ talk, later on

1575 likely VoA, later on


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

738 FF talk by woman at 1350UT; Tahiti per direction as well

1143 mx, suspect Taiwan?
1242 JOLF assumed
1377 CNR-1 //4460; big carrier
