[IRCA] Unusually good midday DX from Rochester NY

Maybe it has something to do with the whole East Coast being 
underwater...but I'm getting some signals here in Rochester that I don't 
normally hear in daylight.

KYW 1060 is clearly listenable at 1130 EDT, as is WBBR 1130.

I'd expect that at midday in December...not so much in mid-March!
