Hi Russ;
Indiana is no longer part of the DST "not observed" list. We were
"assimilated" in 2005. Several counties in SW IN and NW IN are on
Central time but they also do DST. Most of Indiana prior to that was
EST year round (except areas near Cincy, Louisville and SW and NW
Indiana). In the winter we were on "New York time" and in the Summer we
were on "Chicago" time. DST did get rid of some of the
confusion........

Dave in Indy

Or you could move somewhere that DST isn't observed - parts of ( or
maybe all of, I don't recall exactly ) AZ, IN and all of HI, I believe.
Maybe AK as well ?
