[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 3-9-10

Listened from 1330-1355 utc and conditions was better than it was yesterday.  Lots of carriers on the bottom and top part of the band and the noise level is going up. 

 

279  Russia hrd at 1340 utc with singing.

594  JOAK poor at 1345 utc.

693  JOAB poor at 1357 utc.

774  JOUB poor at 1350 utc.
