R. Sweden-1179 noted at poor level 2230 UTC with IS, ID in English and into news in English. Heard a report on heavy ice affecting the Swedish Maritime system. They referred to the cold weather as "The Big Freeze," the worst in several years. NOT a great signal but always nice to hear. Had WHAM-1180 phase nulled.
