[IRCA] New Log - Only 50 kW

Checking today, 3/4, and no sign of WKIX-850. However....

850    WKNR    OH., Cleveland in w/fair signal from around 0710 to fade 
around 0900. MANY IDs in the 0710-0725 time frame. Local spot for a tax 
preparation service, weather and sports. No big deal at 50kW (520 miles 
±), but thought I'd report it as new here. Any station being reported 
off-frequency? Slight het against WKNR. (MH-NC)
