Probably weren't bugs.  Most likely was the city council.  Stockton was such
a nice place.  When I came home from work after dark, I used to count "the
ladies" and "the cops" in the downtown area.  Usually they were together and
there wasn't an arrest in process.  Its a shame KSTN is off...they were a
throwback to the older days of rock radio.
