That is interesting. I wonder how long that one has been on. Maybe I am
hearing that weakly too. Although the carrier I get days is stronger to
the NE, which points to the Russian in the Puget Sound. It will be
interesting if I can note any programming from the one in Vancouver?
Ethnic? Any idea on the language? Thanks for the info.
