I don't believe 1320 in Hemet has operated with licensed power from an
actual tower in many years. They have a long-pending (and probably
ungrantable) application to move the station to Redlands, and at least
according to the most recent application for special temporary authority
to keep operating at low power, they have no intention of rebuilding in
Hemet.
From what I can glean from the FCC's records, 1320 Hemet may have last
been at full power way back in October 2000. I'm not sure how much power
it's running on STA, but I think it's pretty minimal - 100 watts or so
into a wire.
