Thanks to Steve for passing along the TA alert, as I confess to having 
got out of the habit of checking..

Sure enough, TA audio on

693  -  UK
1089 - just traces
1134 - Croatia, solid signal
1179 - Sweden
1206 - France, bits of audio now and again
1215 - UK
1269 - Germany
1422- Germany

Several other decent carriers too.  In particular 639, 954, and 963 are 
at the "almost audio" level.
