Listened from 1401-1515 utc.  Poor lower band reception today.  774 JOUB 
could only managed a fair signal at best.  Some audio on 1251 this
morning, music and of course faded at 1500.

279    RUSSIA, 1402 very weak.
558    Level 3 carrier.
567    Level 3 carrier. 
594    JAPAN ? JOAK 1440 threshold level.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1401 fair with man in Japanese.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1430 weak.
1017   Level 5 carrier.
1053   KOREA'S? 1447 low audio at times.
1007   Level 5 2 carriers.
1125   Level 5 carrier.
1134   JAPAN, JOAR 1450 fair at times, not // 4460. 
1251   UNKNOWN 1457 fair with music briefly. Faded TOH.
1287   JAPAN, JOHR 1508 very weak with woman speaking.
1377   Level 5 carrier.
1386   JAPAN, NHK? low level audio at 1502.  Weak at 1507. Very weak 1511.
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1503 weak with man in Japanese.
1503   JAPAN, JOUK 1506 weak with man in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1503 seems back to low audio. Good carrier.
1575   THAILAND, VOA ? 1504 threshold audio.
1593   CHINA?, CRN1 1513 brief weak audio, a lot of KOHI splatter.
