Hi Bill,
 
756-DLF is an occasional visitor here in western Washington and western  
BC, typically with music, as Marc and Kaz have noted. Reception of the  
station does require great TA conditions and a serious antenna,  however.
 
Nick and Walt in Victoria seem to receive it when TA conditions allow, and  
It was received here at 0245 UTC last November 12th, on a modified 
ultralight  radio (C.Crane SWP) inductively coupled to a 9' tuned passive loop.
