[IRCA] TP's for 02/08/10 Second Edition

Listened from 1446-1505 utc.  While taking down the ewe antenna,
I noticed that only one mast was raised, the other laying on the ground.
This report with both masts raised. A big improvement.     


153    RUSSIA, RADIO ROSSII 1446 fair with music.
279    RUSSIA, RADIO ROSSII 1504 fair with talk.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1451 fair.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1448 fair with Japanese.
1134   CHINA, CRN1 1559 brief weak audio.
1377   CHINA, CRN1 1458 very weak, // 4460.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1436 decent carrier, faint audio.
       Good signal weak audio at 1505.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1455 weak. Fair at 1504.
