I am also hearing this HET up here in London, ONTARIO CANADA at night!! 
I have no idea where it's originating......but it seems to have a pretty 
wide coverage area.....stretching from Oklahoma to The Eastern Seaboard 
to CANADA Great Lakes Area!!
