[IRCA] Tp's in minnesota

Hi. For the 2nd time i hrd audio tho pretty mumbled this time on 774. 
Also noticed carrier on 747 but much weaker and more splash from 
0800-0830 utc using sony 2010 and pl310. Did notice a carrier on 972 
and a faint carrier on 594. 73 and gnite. Todd
