[IRCA] WGIV - Update

Well finally, I get set here and listen to WDEF-1370 in Chattanooga WITH OUT interference from WGIV! Nice to hear your local stations.

Does it mean that WGIV will not be back with strong QRM? No way. But for the moment the frequency sounds good.
