Saul: It sure sounds like amateur radio to me. On one listen to each of the three clips, I pulled out the name Gary twice and the word classic and some business about a QSO. Maybe a powerful 160 meter operator getting enough signal into your front end to break through (some sort of product, maybe?) This might explain the high note of the code, too. I'll listen more carefully when I get home. I'm at work right now. Karl Zuk  N2KZ
