[IRCA] TP for 2 Jan 2010 from Victoria, BC

Couple of sessions at the dials this morning, once at 1400, and then again at 1550UT.    Overall signal levels were definitely better in the earlier period, but of course there was more splatter; most loggings were earlier unless otherwise noted.  Signal levels were erratic as usual.      Another brief listen at 1615UT yielded JOAK-594 and VoA-1575 at fair levels, but not much else.

For the second morning, I've noted NHK2 signing off at 1550UT; whether that's a temporary change, who knows?

pretty darn good audio, at least briefly  (all of it understandable by a native speaker)
