[IRCA] Spanish religion on 1570

Noted SS religious talk on 1570, around 1550 EST today. Slogan seemed to be 
"La Nueva" or "Radio Alegria", but faded out when there might have been a 
legal ToH ID in EE.

Ideas, anyone?  WPGM Danville, PA perhaps brokering some SS programs?
