[IRCA] Victoria TP's for 12-26-09

A few quick checks from 1520UT onwards yielded mostly carriers and some spotty audio.  Best were JOBB-828 and CNR1-1593, and neither were that great.   747, 774 and 828 all showed some of the music box at 1600 however, and there was brief talk on 1422 which isn't usually heard here, so there seemed to be some potential there...maybe tomorrow, when I'll be out of town, hi.
