[IRCA] Radio Farda 1575

Greetings,

About the only audio I could pullout so far is Radio Farda 1575, at S3-4
on peaks on the SPR4. Even strong enough to play the audio over the
phone to Dave Williams at 0315 UTC. A few other hets, 1269, 1431, etc,
and only a slight het on LW tonight for Iceland-189.  Nothing much
else noted TAwise
