I've been out much of the evening, but VoR -1323 and apparent Absolute-1215 are  making an appearance at 0615UT, with a good carrier on 963, though now there's some Japanese action as well (747, 1287)...

Incidentally, if hear four pips on 963 at 0500UT, that's CRI Finland, and it's not part of six pips like the Chinese stations have, as I thought the first time I heard it.   Four single pitch pips is all there is...
