Listened from 1450-1516 utc.  Conditions improved around 1506 utc for
about 7 minutes, then dropped down.

279   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1502 fair with woman in Russian. 
594   JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1450 brief audio with fair signal, soon faded.
648   RUSSIA? 1516 carrier a shade below audio.  
774   JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1501 weak with talk.  Good at 1506.
828   JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1457 weak. Fair at 1506.
1134  CHINA, CRN1 1508 fair // 5030 with woman in Chinese. Much splatter from
             1140 kHz.  
1575  UNKNOWN 1505 faint audio.
