[IRCA] KTRP 1130 still testing

KTRP 1130 is testing today at 12:59 PM PST.  S9+35db here on the fence antenna.
ID at 1:00 PM PST "KTRP Mount Angel equipment test".  Is it common for a new station
to test this long? The testing has been going on close to a month.
