[IRCA] TP DX 11 Dec, Victoria

I believe there was some DX this AM....but, we're going out of town for the next few days, and, a quick tune in at 1550UT on the way out the door yielded signals on various of the regular channels.  Nothing to get excited about compared with even a few weeks ago, but compared with the last couple of days, it sounded just fine....
