[IRCA] Arizona TPs for 12-11-09

Listened from 1330-1425 ut and conditions was good for this time of the year.  The carriers were from the bottom part of the band to the top.  The carriers were: 279, 558, 567, 594, 603, 657, 666, 684, 693, 756, 774, 828, 846, 954, 1008, 1044, 1188, 1197, 1566 and 1575.

 

594   JOAK very poor

774   JOUB poor.

1206  Very weak audio from 1404-1420 ut,  Woman talking at 1415 ut not sure of language.
