[IRCA] WMRI-IN 860 Format Change

["HASCALL, DAVID CIV DFAS" <DAVID.HASCALL@xxxxxxxx>]

Not sure when it happened but semi-local WMRI 860 Marion, Indiana (also
mentions Muncie in its imaging) has flipped to Southern Gospel, with the
Solid Gospel network.  Their website still has some MYL mentions, so may
have been recent.

***I also think that they may not be properly powering down.  Their 500
watt night signal normally doesn't make it down here at night but I have
heard 'em for the past several weeks, even with MYL format last
month.***
