[IRCA] UNID Help Needed......860 Khz....."THE NEW 860"...R&B /Urban Music

Hi Guys:

 I logged a Station last night at Bedtime and I'm not sure what it
is??? If anyone has any idea who this is...I'd be happy to hear from
you!! I've checked the net and come up blank. I have a feeling this may
be the Millvale,PA. Station Re-Activated???? Sources other than FCC show
this station as SILENT?? Anyone down that way that can confirm this???

Radio Used......Sony SRF-T615 ULR Barefoot.

R&B/Urban Music. ID by Male DJ sounded like "The New 860".
Into more R&B/Urban Music. In til 0008 est fade. Under CJBC.

UNID...Need Help??
