[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's for 12-3... Sudden Fizzle

Hello All,

Thanks to Nick, for his accurate summary of this morning's TP propagation.
Here the situation apparently had more initial drama, but the finally same
lackluster result.

Around 1455 the band seemed fairly promising here, with moderate audio on
all the usual suspects (594, 603, 639, 648, 657, 738, 747 and 828 kHz), and
even some fairly decent carriers on second-tier frequencies like 684 and
729 kHz. Typical during this morning's initial period was this audio from the
lady on the 648-Voice of Russia Chinese service, which was about the best
signal that VOR has had here so far in December:

Even though at 1455 the TP's were similar to their strength during the
great session two days ago, however, unlike December 1st they all went in an
opposite direction after 1500, diving down into the noise. The VOR signal
was a weak carrier by 1505, and all the "powerhouse" TP's were wispy carriers
by 1515.

Thanks to Bruce and Nick for their comments yesterday, which were much
appreciated. I guess like Bruce says, it's better to be positive about the TP
audio we still have during this "doldrum" month, rather than complain about
it :-)
