[IRCA] WSYW Update

Got a call from Bart Johnson, GM at WSYW (although he said WEDJ, their
FM counterpart) and he did agree that an 0500 EST sign on was too early
and that the automation must be out of whack.  He will contact his
engineering staff.   He also wondered if the s/off was happening too
early as well.  That I didn't check.

I was afraid of upsetting the folks at the station but he stated that he
was very appreciative of the heads-up.
