[IRCA] NW WA TPs for 23 Nov - The Dog Ate My Antenna

Hi all:

This tried and true excuse for not bringing in one's homework seemed
applicable to my inability to bring in much of any TP DX this morning.

>From 1315-1415 UTC, the reception of both domestic and TP signals was so
poor I checked my antenna connection a couple times.

After hearing snippets of JJ on 747, 774 and 828 and a few other strangled
strains of sinewy signals, work beckoned and I called it a day.
