Your UN'id 560 is WFRB Frostburg, MD simulcasting WTBO 1450 Cumberland, MD.
Checking WTBO's website, which is FoxSportsRadio1450.com it shows they are
Sprots at night and part of the Pittsburg Steelers Radio Network.
I do wonder who your UN'id 1060 is, as I've looked at a few stations
websites already and it isnt them.
Somehow, I highly doubt you heard WSRO at 9 watts.
