[IRCA] Crazy conditions on night of 11-16 -09 (Monday-Tuesday)

 Retro-report: 11-16-09 ,00:00to 0300 PST Victoria BC: Stayed up and scanned for 3 hours .Skip was just wild .630 KCIS Edmunds Wa. totally swallowd up or was knocked out by storm.Same on 1600 with KVRI off or on with carrier only and letting little 12 watt night powered Mt st Helens Wa dominate the spot.(Or were they on day power of 1 K)Other normally steadies also fluctuating with under signals pushing in.KFI 640 was better than it has been.1060 Calgary and 1080 Portland covered side-splash of local 1070 and sounded like a trio of locals.Too many abnormalities to report.!090 Seattle competing with unID from somewhere,possibly Boise Idaho?Wish I could have stayed up all night but just had to get some shut eye.A one off for conditions.Last night things were back to the usual.Hope this happens again.Bill in Bc
