[IRCA] NW Washington TPs - Count Dracula Strikes Again!

Hi all:

Similar to the reports of others, conditions were not that great, and at
sunrise, the TPs scurried away like Count Dracula avoiding the sun.  I was
up an hour prior to sunrise, and the conditions at that time were actually
much better (again!).

Of note was that, throughout the morning, 1134-CNR1-China was actually
stronger than its counterpart on 639 which is normally quite strong.  1134
was especially impressive since my Super Loop is pointed straight at
1130-Vancouver.

Also, 666-JOBK was briefly up high enough to // with 594.
