[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 16 Nov 2009
Well, things were better than yesterday, but that's not saying a lot. Plenty of carriers, but the only half decent audio was from Japan on 774. A word here or there on some of the other big guns, as well as on 531, but that was about it. No sunrise enchancement today at all.
