[IRCA] TA ho hum

Given the K's and the solar wind velocity, it's not surprising that TA's are down. The surprise is how many carriers there are (including a pair bookending my local on 900kHz), and that there's poor but definite audio on 855 fairly consistently around 0330UT. Have also heard traces of audio on 1215.
