[IRCA] Arizona TPs for 11-14-09

Got up late today at 1355 ut and found conditions better than it was yesterday.  I spent most of the time on 639 trying to get audio as I had a strong carrier at 1402 ut.  Not much audio was heard and this is the first time I have had any carrier or audio on 639.
