[IRCA] TA signs
I would have guessed that with an ever increasing solar wind speed and a K of 3, that TA hunting would not be productive. Apparently though, there is still evidence that life exists on the other side of the Arctic Circle.
There are weak carriers on 1575, 1539 and 1503 (two actually, 1502.9994 and 1502.9928), and then maybe about half the channels below. A few stronger carriers include 855, 1134, 1215, 1422. These aren't strong, but the fact they are there at all surprises me a bit. In fact, there's just a touch of audio on 855 at 0112UT.
