[IRCA] not TA, and yet

Sounds like a good night to be somewhere else here in spite of the indices (the solar wind speed and density has taken a jump though, and that seems more important)...Nothing like last night for activity.

Yet, just now, there was weak vocal mx on 855 that turns out to be Romania per the webstream....a strong tenatative last night, a new country today.
